Privacy Notice

The information on this form is collected by Marlow School of Dance Limited solely for use in relation to the above named individuals’ activities within Marlow School of Dance. Your information will never be shared with any third parties. The information on this form is the only information that Marlow School of Dance store in relation to you. In the event of this contract terminating your details will be held on our system for a period of 12 months, at which point they will be permanently deleted. At any point you have the right to request all information that is held in relation to you. You can do this by contacting the Principal.

30 minutes: £7
45 minutes: £8
60 minutes: £9
75 minutes: £10
90 minutes: £11

Private tuition fees also available upon request.
Discounts available for siblings and children who study multiple dance genres.

Marlow School of Dance Limited Terms & Conditions
  1. Fees are charged termly in advance and are due on the first day of term.
  2. Any outstanding fees due 3 weeks after this date will incur a 5% surcharge. A further 5% will be charged for every 4 weeks thereafter that fees remain unpaid.
  3. All costs are fixed – you will not be refunded for classes missed due to holidays, illness, exams, weather conditions, or for any other reason.
  4. Half a term’s notice (or half a term’s fees in lieu) is due upon withdrawing your child from the school.
  5. We may, on occasion, take photographs for marketing purposes to be used on our website, Facebook page and on flyers and marketing materials. Please notify the Principal if you do not wish for your child’s image to be used.
  6. Parents should be aware that due to the nature of dance it is sometimes necessary to make physical contact with your child in pursuit of proper technique and safe dance practice.
  7. Teachers will endeavour to make sure pupils are collected by Parents / Guardians. Parents / Guardians should be aware that the schools insurance policy only covers pupils during their class times.
  8. All participants take part in classes at their own risk.
  9. Children are expected to arrive promptly, wearing the correct uniform. Hair must be tied back at all times. Ballet students should endeavour to wear their hair in a bun. There are no changing facilities onsite.
  10. Pupils are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner whilst attending classes and be respectful to both teachers and fellow pupils at all times.
  11. Mobile phones must be either switched off or on silent mode if brought to class.
  12. If your child shows signs of illness (especially Covid symptoms) please do not send them to class.
  13. Your child will be met by their teacher outside the venue at their class start time then taken inside the venue for the class. Do not come through the main door. At the end of the class they will be brought outside by their teacher for you to collect them.
  14. Children must arrive at their designated start time ready to start class. There are no waiting areas onsite. If you arrive early you need to wait outside the building or in your car.
  15. In the event of the school being forced to close due to another lockdown partway through a term, the school will replace any outstanding classes with Zoom classes. This will follow the same timetable as the physical classes. No credits or refunds will be offered.
